When sharing journal data with employers, we limit what they can see to the overall organizational mood data and intensity of reported feelings. This allows employers to address issues like stress and burnout without compromising your privacy. Your personal details remain undisclosed.

Protecting Journal Submission Timing:

To provide current insights, the app fetches and stores the time of journal submissions. However, rest assured that this information is not shared with your employer. It is solely used to generate group insights within the app.

Your Privacy is Our Priority:

We take extensive measures to ensure the security of your journal entries. Organizations cannot access individual journals or receive notifications about specific entries. Our platform does not offer tools for organizations to view or search through your personal journals. Any future notifications will provide general information, such as the number of journals entered, without disclosing specific details about your entries or identity. We are dedicated to maintaining your privacy and confidentiality.

At RWP, we prioritize safeguarding your personal information and providing a secure and private environment for your mental wellness journey. Image Collection Disclosure:

We collect and store user profile images uploaded for profile pictures, images attached to feedback forms for app improvement. Profile images are displayed within the App and feedback images are used to understand and enhance user feedback. We do not share personal information, including images, unless required by law or with consent. Personal information is retained as necessary, with deleted account data possibly stored temporarily in backups. We implement all reasonable security measures to maximize the safety of your images and all personal data.

How Do I Delete my Refresh Account?

  1. Open the Main Menu within the Refresh Wellness Platform
  2. Press Settings.
  3. Press Accounts.
  4. Press Delete Account.
  5. Fill out the form on that screen, press the Delete Account button.
  6. Accept the confirmation message that appears. At this point, you will be logged out and your account will be deleted.

If you have uninstalled the app already, you can request that your account and associated data be deleted by emailing Refresh Support at refresh.webdev@gmail.com
