Founded in 2009 by Naqsh (Nik) Kochar, Refresh is driven by a deep passion for both employee well-being and business development.

We have witnessed firsthand the detrimental effects of burnout and mental health issues on employees, and we are dedicated to alleviating these challenges in the workplace.

Why did we set out on this journey of employee mental wellness?

This realization led us to develop our flagship product, the Refresh Wellness Platform (RWP), a research-based digital platform designed to both improve and track employee mental wellness.

In addition, we designed the Refresh Wellness Assessment (RWA), a powerful tool that enables organizations to gain insights into employee mental wellness, leadership team engagement, and public perceptions of their brand. This holistic assessment provides a roadmap for employers to make meaningful improvements and measure their progress over time.
